Day 54 ... Spicy Egg Noodles With Wakame

SPICY EGG NOODLES WITH WAKAME

This evening, Justine and I had egg noodles for dinner. 

We were both still quite full with the leftover dinner that we had for lunch - yam rice with creamy peanut chicken. Bryan would only be back by 10pm tonight. So made a light meal, instant noodles style.

Ingredients that I had in my kitchen cabinet and fridge include a portion of noodle, carrots, enoki mushrooms, cabbage, wakame seaweed and egg. Made a simple soup base with a quarter of a cube of no-msg chicken stock, dried chilly oil and green chilly sambal (that I bought from our favourite pan mee shop), pepper, a dash of organic shoyu and sesame seed oil. 

Served with a sprig of coriander leaves and beancurd sticks.

Was extremely spicy. Over-did it a little with the chilly sauce. Justine was literally panting away. :D 

Today, I had The Green Drink for breakfast, yam rice with peanut chicken for lunch and egg noodles for dinner. Oh by the way, I'm not sure if I've mentioned that I've added one scoop of BIOSOY into my shake. I think it's been 2 weeks now.
