Day 156 : Sting Ray Curry

STING RAY CURRY

This evening, Bryan cooked curry fish for dinner. 

Here's how he does it. Anybody can do this, he says. It's quite straight forward, and the end result is so --- Ooh, satisfying! :D



3 Simple Steps :

1. Blend Ingredients.

2. Fry Ingredients.

3. Add In.


The Ingredients.
Shallots, ginger, chillies, long beans, garlic, 
ladies fingers, tomatoes, lime and bunga kantan.

1. Blend the Ingredients.

Shallots, garlic, ginger, chillies and bunga kantan.

The blended ingredients.

2. Fry the blended ingredients.

Fry Fry Fry ... until the oil surfaces.

3. Add In.
Add fish curry powder. Add lemon grass (stalk).
Fry Fry Fry.

Add the fish. Add water. Add seasalt and shoyu.
Close lid and allow to simmer briefly.

Add ladies fingers, long beans, tomatoes 
and freshly chopped onions.
Close lid and allow to simmer for a minute or two.

Ta--Dahhh!!! :D
