This evening, I'm stir-frying some noodles for Justine.
Bryan and myself have a dinner appointment. Justine says she doesn't want vegetables with her noodles. So, I'm just gonna fry the noodles with chicken and mushrooms. This is an easy stir-fry noodle dish to prepare, and takes only about 10 minutes to fry it.
3 Simple Steps :
1. Saute Garlic and Onion.
2. Add In.
3. Add Sauce.
The Ingredients.
Onions, garlic, small portion of carrots, shitaki mushroom,
enoki mushroom and a chicken drumstick.
1. Saute garlic and onions
in sesame seed oil until fragrant.
2. Add In.
Add chicken. Add carrot strips.
Add mushrooms.
Add 2 portions of noodles.
Add water.
3. Add Sauce.
Add oyster sauce, shoyu and chilly sauce.
Close lid and allow to simmer for
a minute or so on medium heat.
Remove and loosen the noodles.
Add a beaten egg. Stir to mix contents.
Close lid for a minute or two.
The noodles should be ready.
