10 different choices of soup base to choose from, and a jaw-dropping amount of selection of sauces for the steamboat. we ordered chilly stuffed kampong fish on the side (for me) and fried oyster (for justine). turned out they didn't have the oyster dish, so the waitress recommended another dish, called HuLaLa ... what a name. Not sure if the spelling is right but it sounded like that. We said okay, we'll try that. It's that dish on the top right of photo. yeah, looks like some kind of odd-shaped ball from far, i know. could only identify cheese and lala inside the ball, all wrapped in a piece of bread and DEEP FRIED. very high-caloried side dish. aiyaiyai ... justine liked it though ...

Kuchai Entrepreneurs's Park

this is a really cute restaurant. steamboat, BBQ and teppanyaki. guess the birthday celebration is still not over, i'm embarrassed to say. bryan was not around on my birthday so he kinda felt like he had to bring us to a special place. funny thing was, when he first asked what we wanted for lunch, i had mentioned steamboat at ikano cos i wanted a light lunch, didn't want to burden the digestives anymore than i have to. he said it was too far and on top of that, the mall would be packed on a sunday. so after suggesting and dismissing several makan place, (air-conned, not packed, nice atmosphere so we could relax and unwind at the same time, were the 3 compulsory criteria) (don't mean to make it sound like a spa) we finally decided to drive into kuchai entrepreneur's park, with the intention of going to yummy duck, haven't been there for a while, we said, for just a simple chicken rice lunch. yeah, i know right ... eat chicken in a duck plc. after parking the car, right opposite papparich, we were walking to yummy duck, and that's how we discovered the above plc. peeped in and we were lured into have an uh, experience, there ... :D
