Day 121 : Pan Fried Marmite Prawns

PAN FRIED MARMITE PRAWNS

This evening, we are preparing a prawn dish for dinner. This is a very simple dish to do. :D

3 Simple Steps :-

1. Saute the Ingredients

2. Add the Prawns

3. Add the Sauce

1. Saute the Ingredients
Saute onions, garlic and ginger in sesame seed oil.
Add dried chillies.

2. Add the Prawns

3. Add the Sauce
Mix about 2 teaspoons of marmite with warm water,
and add thick shoyu and organic corn flour.
Pour the sauce-mixture in.

Stir-fry until the consistency of the gravy thickens a little.
Add seasalt, pepper and a pinch of brown cane sugar.

Bryan heats up the left over rice by giving it a 
quick stir-fry in the marmite-pan just now.
The rice is all nicely flavored too. :D

We are having our dinner with miso soup.
Dinner is absolutely divine! :D

To Prepare : Boil filtered water in a small pot.
Add mugi miso (organic barley and soy bean paste), 
wakame seaweeds, carrots, goji seeds and seasalt.
