Day 123 : Daikon Soup with Organic Carrot Noodles

DAIKON SOUP with
ORGANIC CARROT NOODLES

This evening, I'm gonna prepare a very simple noodle dish. Soup based. When I want to cook something fast and easy, I use the Pressure Cooker. :D

3 Simple Steps :-

1. Boil the Soup.

2. Cook the Noodles.

3. Garnish & Serve

1. Boil the Soup.

Fill up the Pressure Cooker with filtered water.

Add daikon, oyster mushroom, carrots,
onion (whole), garlic (smash whole) and organic goji seeds.

Add half a cube of mushroom stock (no msg),
seasalt and sesame seed oil.

Bring to boil and let the
Pressure Cooker do the rest.

2. Cook the Noodles

The soup is ready in 20 minutes.
I leave it for another 10 minutes or so
before scooping some out to cook
the carrot noodles in a separate pot.

3. Garnish & Serve
Garnish with some spring onions, chillies
and sesame seeds.

Hmmmm-mmmmm ... Yummmm!
The soup is very tasty and extremely flavorful.

We like this carrot noodles that we buy from our local organic health shop. It's kinda springy in texture, and great to use for any kind of noodle dish. Fry or soup or whatever else You may have in mind for noodles ... :D

I had my shake of The Green Drink in the morning,
sandwiches for lunch and noodle soup for dinner.

To Sum Up
