STIR-FRIED CHILLY PRAWNS & OKRA
Yup, I know. It's sambal tumis again. This time, it's all homemade. Yesterday, I used an instant ready-mix packet. Complained to Bryan that it was a wee bit too sweet so he suggested we do our own sambal tumis mix for dinner tonight. :D
3 simple steps :
1. Blend the Ingredients

tumeric powder, cumin powder,
star anise, cardamons, clove, cinnamon stick
(the last 4 comes in a packet of mixed spices)
