Day 78 ... Sambal Assam Prawns with Petai

PEA SPROUTS WITH TEMPEH
SAMBAL ASSAM PRAWNS WITH PETAI

This evening, Justine is helping me to prepare dinner. 


1. The Ingredients 
for the Sambal Prawns

 
Devein the prawns.


Stir-fry the petai on its own and leave aside.


2. Saute the Ingredients
Saute onions and garlic until fragrant.
Add homemade chilly paste. Add assam jawa.
Add water.


3. Add Prawns & Petai.
Squeeze lime juice. Add seasalt and brown sugar.


When the prawns are cooked, add the petai. Toss well.


Dish out and serve immediately. :D


This is a packet of tempeh. 
Cut into little cubes. Stir-fry in sesame seed oil. 
Add organic dark sauce and shoyu.


Water fry a bunch of pea sprouts. Add seasalt.
Scatter the cubes of tempeh and dish out.

Ooh, dinner was superb. We ate with our fingers. 
Justine did a great job cooking the sambal prawns. 
 Super-delicious!


Close up. Garnished with a pinch of black sesame seeds
and some cloves of garlic which was boiled with the rice. :D


This morning I had one shake of The Green Drink
chic o cheese at Starbucks for lunch and the above for dinner.
