Day 58 ... Pan Grilled Lamb Chops with Brown Sauce

LAMB CHOPS WITH BROWN SAUCE


Bryan seasoned the lamb chops two days ago following Grace's marinate recipe
of vinegar, light shoyu, dark shoyu, seasalt, pepper and seasalt.



Mix bistro brown sauce gravy with some water.
Saute onions (chunks).
Pour mixture in the pot.
This is the brown sauce to pour over the lamb chops. :D

We had our chops with potato salad.
Finger lickin' delicious!
