Day 2 ...

9am @ Condo Pool

Day 2 ... Bryan went for his morning laps. As he was swimming, I walked around the pool. 10 laps ... rounds, I mean. Yup, took a leisure walk around the pool, 10 times. Smell some progress here? I think so. Yesterday, I was just sitting on the deck chairs while waiting for Bryan to complete his laps. Today, I was walking and doing my breathing exercise at the same time. Also, swinging my arms to get the circulation going. Incidentally, two senior ladies made their way to the pool side, and started doing chi-kung. Slow, repeated movements.  See what I mean? You just gotta have a Buddie when you're exercising. Otherwise, you'd look silly doing those slow-motion moves all by yourself. :D At one point, Bryan thought they did the Nobody Nobody step, You know the shake finger no no, point clap clap part. :D

Had my shaker of The Green Drink for breakfast just now.

Will be taking another shaker of The Green Drink for lunch later.

Am drinking plenty of water too. And Juice. :D
