7:30pm @ Home

Today passed by like a normal day. No hunger pangs. No stomach growling. No body aches. In fact, didn't get any of these symptoms except for body ache on the second day. Tomorrow is my last day. Woah. Was at Old Town cafe jus now while waiting for Justine attending her tuition class. Ordered a hot lemon tea @ RM3-50. This is my first time eating out since started the cleansing program. Tea came, had 2 spoonful and left it. Somehow didn't taste right.

Dinner was spaghetti tonight.

(1) Vegetable Salad (romaine lettuce, red and yellow bell peppers, grapes, carrots, purple cabbage, squeezed some lemon, drizzled flexseed oil, and added a dollop of mayonnaise)

(2) Potato Salad (cubes of potaotes mixed with mayonnaise, a shake of pepper and a drizzle of olive oil) (forgot to add some sea salt while boiling the potatoes)

(3) Spaghetti Sauce (Bryan effortlessly prepared the sauce, before he left for JB today. Pureed tomatoes, onions and garlic together, added sea salt & pepper. He added some blended chillies to make it a little spicy. The spaghetti noodles were boiled in pot of water, with a few drops of olive oil.)

Justine loved the sauce, which she added cheddar cheese on top. I couldn't believe I found the sauce pedas (spicy). I'm like the chilly and sambal queen since like forever. My lungs/chest is still smarting with the "hotness." Normally, I would banjir (flood) the spaghetti with the sauce but for this one, 2 table spoons were sufficient to give me a spicy tomato pasta. :D

To sum up : 2 shakers of The Green Drink, fruits and one meal. And water. Didn't have juice today. No time to do the juicing. Running in and out of the house. (That's exercise I suppose ... Who's to say it's not, right?)
