SPAGHETTI IN HOMEMADE TOMATO SAUCE

Dinner tonight was spaghetti in home made tomato sauce. Bryan did the cooking. I was uhh, responsible, for everything else ... taking all the right stuffs out from the fridge and garnishing.
1. Sauce - Pureed tomatoes onions and garlic. Drizzle some olive oil on hot saucepan. Add pureed mixture in. And basil leaves. Simmer. Add juice of half a lemon (that was all the lemon we had in the fridge). No sea salt. Used one vegan burger pate for better texture and meat replacement. Minced it. Add to the simmering ingredients.
2. Spaghetti - when ready, drain, and add into the sauce. Cook the spaghetti in the sauce. Just for a few minutes. Bryan got this tip from watching AFC. This way the sauce penetrates into the noodles and is more flavourful.
3. Garnish - butterhead lettuce, tomatoe slices, lemon slices, coriander leaves, olives cut in halves.
To Sum Up : 2 shakers of The Green Drink & 1 meal. Juice and fruits. Water. :D
