DAY 183 : SPICY MARMITE PRAWNS

 SPICY MARMITE PRAWNS
with brown rice

Sunday, Jan 9

This evening, I'm gonna prepare a simple prawn dish with a vegetable soup. By the way, Bryan has finally bought an ozonizer for the house.

From this day on, my vegetables are gonna be extra clean and pesticide-free. :D Once again, in 3 simple steps :

3 Simple Steps:

1. Saute Ingredients.

2. Add Prawns.

3. Add Marmite.

 1. Saute Ingredients.
Saute onions and garlic in sesame seed oil.
Toss in dried chillies (pre-soaked in hot water)
for a bit of spicy flavor. :D

2. Add Prawns.
Deveined first. Fry Fry Fry.

3. Add Marmite.
Mix a flat teaspoon of Marmite with hot water.
Add to prawns. Add shoyu. Add brown sugar.
Fry Fry Fry.

Garnish with a bunch of coriander leaves.

Ooh, I must say the marmite prawns are really yummy  ...
all marmite-y and mildly spicy at the same time ...
goes well with the brown rice. :D

 For the vegetable dish ...

1. Ozonize First.

Turn on the ozonizer-timer for 10 minutes,
allow it to clean up the vegetables,
and leave aside for another 10 minutes.

Found some cabbage, carrots and shitake
mushrooms in the fridge. I'm gonna use them.

2. Boil Vegetables.
Transfer the vegetables to the same pan.
Add glass noodles.
Add water to cover the contents.

 3. Add On.
Add goji seeds. Add a bunch of coriander leaves.
Add half a stock of mushroom stock (no msg). Add shoyu.
Close lid and allow soup to boil on medium heat.

 The soup is done.
Bryan says the aroma is heavenly ...
It is. It is. Hmmm-mmm ... Smell that?

 BoN aPPeTiTe! :D

This morning, I had my one shake of the Green Drink
noodle soup for lunch and the above for dinner.
