Day 120 : Grilled Teriyaki Salmon with Spaghetti

GRILLED TERIYAKI SALMON 
with SPAGHETTI and SALAD

This evening, I'm gonna grill a piece of salmon for dinner, and have that with pasta and salad. It sounds like a lot to do, but it's actually quite an easy meal to prepare. 


3 Simple Steps : 

1. The Salmon.

2. The Spaghetti.

3. The Salad.

1. The Salmon.
Season the Salmon with spicy teriyaki sauce, 
seasalt, black pepper and lime juice.
Grill it in the mini-oven at 
180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.

2. The Spaghetti
Boil the spaghetti, drain and set aside.

Saute garlic (sliced broadly) in olive oil.
Add dried chillies for a bit of spice.
Toss spaghetti in
Add coriander (minced fine).
Add seasalt. Mix well.


3. The Salad.
Steam organic sweet corn.
Salad : lettuce, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes
Dressing : Japanese salad dressing and lime juice

I'm arranging the pasta, fish 
and salad all in one serving dish. :D

The Salmon was extremely succulent 
and teriyaki-tasty.
