ASSAM FISH
Saute onions, garlic and ginger.
Add mustard seeds, cardamon, clove,
coriandar seeds and curry leaves.
Add Allagappa's fish curry powder and seasalt.
Fry till fragrant.
Add water mixed with tamarind.
Bring to a boil.
Add ladies fingers, tomatoes and onions (chunks).
Simmer until the ingredients are cooked.
Bryan also added tofu since we had some in the fridge.
My Dinner - our family likes the rice
banjir (flooded) with the curry.
This morning I had my shake of The Green Drink,
homemade noodles for lunch and the above for dinner.

Juice. Fruit. Hemoberry. Water.
