DAY 186 : STEAMED GAROUPA FISH STEAK


 STEAMED GAROUPA STEAK




This evening, we are gonna prepare a light dinner. A single dish. We are still quite full from having a late lunch. Moreover, we still have some leftovers of chicken curry and the watercrest soup from the day before. The soup would be amazing today. :D


This is a very simple steamed fish dish. 

Absolutely kindergarten. :D
  


3 Simple Steps:


1. Prepare Fish.


2. Steam Fish.


3. Fry Shallots.


 Ozonize the fish first to remove bacteria, chemicals 
and the fishy odour.

1. Prepare the fish for steaming.

Ingredients
shitake mushrooms, cheery tomatoes, 
carrot strips, ginger strips.


Seasoning  
light shoyu, oyster sauce, fish sauce, 
sesame seed oil, black pepper.

 2. Steam for 20 minutes. 


3. Fry shallots.

When ready, garnish with fried shallots, spring onions 
and a slice of lemon.

 The fish is really fresh and yummy! 
Dinner is simply delicious!

 This morning, I had my one shake The Green Drink
noodles for lunch, sandwiches for tea and the above for dinner.
