Day 62 ... Pasta with Chicken in Tomato Sauce

PASTA WITH CHICKEN IN TOMATO SAUCE

Bryan prepared pasta tonight.

I went out to pick up Justine from her class in town. Left house at 7:30pm. He was still on the computer. Came back an hour later, and dinner was ready. :D

1. Prepare
i. Blend tomatoes and garlic with a bit of water.

ii. Season chicken fillet (cut into bite size)
with seasalt, pepper and arrowroot powder.

iii. Boil pasta in salted water till half-cooked. Drain.

2. Pasta
Saute garlic in olive oil.
Add the blended tomato mixture.
Add thyme, rosemary and basil herbs.
Seasalt and pepper.
Simmer. Add carrots.
Add chicken pieces. Toss.
Add the half-cooked pasta and green french beans.
Toss well.

3. Side Salad
Prepare a side salad of roman lettuce,
zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
Garnish with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.

The fresh and crisp salad made the pasta dish a wholesome meal.
The spaghetti was yummy, the noodles were absolutely soaked with flavor.
Justine commented that the chicken was smooth and tender.
Yeah, the arrowroot.
She had her pasta with melted cheese. :D

I had my one shaker of The Green Drink in the morning,
fried kuey teow (Pappa Rich) for lunch
the above for dinner,
and balance of the not-enough
frosted moist choc cake for desert.

To Sum Up
1 shake & 2 meals
 Juice. Fruit. Hemoberry. Water.
