Day 112 : Grilled Teriyaki-Tomato Puree Chicken

GRILLED TERIYAKI-TOMATO PUREE CHICKEN
WITH PASTA SHELLS

Dinner tonight will be for Justine and myself. I'm gonna do something really easy. 

3 simple steps : 

1. Grill the Chicken
2. Boil Pasta & Blanch Vege
3. Toss the Pasta

 1. Grill the Chicken
Make some slashes on the chicken to facilitate grilling.
Marinate with teriyaki sauce, tomato puree and black pepper.
Pop into the mini-oven set at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.




2. Boil Pasta & Blanch Vege

a. Boil the pasta in salted water.

b. Blanch the long beans in the same pot, 
just before draining the pasta.



3. Toss the Pasta
Saute garlic, onions, garlic and 
fresh chillies (minced) in olive oil.
Toss the pasta shells in. Add water.
Add seasalt and pepper. Mix well.

Bon Appetite! :D

The timer for the oven rings in 30 minutes, and the chicken is done. The juice runs clear. The long beans are crunchy and the cherry tomatoes, fresh and sweet. The pasta shells are spicy and really yummy! :D How simple is this?



Today, I had one shake of The Green Drink
pan mee noodles for lunch, yee mee noodles for tea 
and the above for dinner.

 I had lunch and tea with Hayley. :D

To Sum Up
1 shake & 3 meals (yikes!)
Juice. No Fruit. BioFruity. Water. Chrysanthemum tea.
