FRIED RICE WITH TEMPEH
This evening, I'm gonna fry some rice with whatever I can find in the fridge... which is nothing much. Didn't have time to run to the store today. :( I do have some frozen tempeh in the freezer which I'm gonna use. No need to thaw, so that's good. Plus, there's some leftover rice which I would just use.
By the way, tempeh is fermented soybean cake. Don't worry, You're not gonna be eating moss or anything gross like that. Don't let the F word scare You. It's actually high in protein and quite delicious. :D
3 Simple Steps
1. Fry Tempeh.
