Day 118 : One Pot Chicken Dish Oriental-Style

ONE POT CHICKEN DISH
ORIENTAL-STYLE

This evening, I'm gonna prepare a lazy one pot everything-in dish. This is a simple dish. I'm gonna do it the oriental way. Sounds exotic, I know. The secret - organic thick dark sauce. :D

3 simple steps :

1. Saute ingredients.
2. Add chicken.
3. Add vegetables.

1. Saute Ingredients
Saute onions, garlic and ginger in
sesame seed oil until fragrant.

2. Add chicken.

3. Add vegetables.
Add potatoes and carrots. Add filtered water.
Add organic dark sauce, organic brown rice vinegar,
seasalt and pepper. Add chopped chillies.
Bring to boil and simmer on low heat.

When it is about ready, the gravy would thicken,
toss in a handful of long beans.
Close lid and count to 10. Slowly ...

Bon Appetite! :D
We are having the chicken dish with
a combination of brown-white rice
with black beans and hulled millet.

Brown and white rice grains, in filtered water.
Scatter black beans and sprinkle organic hulled millet.
Toss in garlic. Turn on flame for the Pressure Cooker.

See the yellowish dots - those are the millet grains.
Squeeze the garlic on the side and it will pop out.
Spread it in your rice. Garlic has a whole load of
medicinal benefits. :D

I had my one shake of The Green Drink this morning,
take-away rice & vegetables, and the above for dinner.

To Sum Up
1 shake & 2 meals
