Day 122 : Fusion Curry Chicken

FUSION CURRY CHICKEN

Bryan made curry chicken for lunch today. All by himself. I was in school. He calls it FUSION because it is a combination of "ready mix paste" and the "real thing." Real thing meaning You have to do the mixture of spices yourself. 


3 Simple Steps :

1. Saute Ingredients.

2. Add Chicken.

3. Add Fresh Milk.

 1. Saute the Ingredients

Bryan's magic mix 
shallots, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, cloves,
cumin powder, fennel seeds, cardamon, 
lemon grass (sliced fine), curry powder until fragrant. 

Add ready mix-paste - Yup, the cheating part. :D



2. Add Chicken. 

Add cinnamon stick, lemon grass (whole) 
and chilly (whole). Add seasalt.



3. Add Fresh Milk. 

Bring to boil and simmer on low heat 
until cooked.

Ta-dahhh ...

I'm sorry there are no photos of the cooking process. Bryan thinks we're only blogging about DINNER. And this is LUNCH. So, he didn't take any photos. :( Turns out, there was enough for dinner too.


 Curry chicken with pita bread for lunch.
Extremely spicy but delicious!

For dinner, we are having the curry with rice.


 A Salsa Condiment
onions, tomatoes, seasalt, olive oil , pepper lime juice

This side condiment is awesome and
goes very well with the meal!


Today, I had my one shake The Green Drink 
in the morning, curry chicken w/pita bread for lunch 
and with rice for dinner.


To Sum Up
No Juice. Fruit. BioFruity. Water. Milk Tea.
