Miso soup with lil cubes of soft tofu and wakame. Soup base is mugi miso (barley and soy bean paste). Add sea salt. Miso soup is very easy to do and apparently beneficial for the digestive system.

Today, had only 1 shaker of The Green Drink (lunch) and 2 meals. Fresh juice and water. Can't help noticing that the tummy's not as bollywood material now. :D
