Brown Rice with Braised Tofu and Grilled Fish
This is how Bryan arranged his food. Neat and orderly. Says small portions make it look more elegant. We had brown rice with braised tofu (with enoki and shitakii mushrooms in oyster sauce and organic black sauce) and grilled fish (marinated in thyme, lemon juice, seasalt, shoyu, pepper, sesame oil) with pasta sauce from yesterday's spaghetti dinner, on a bed of fresh mixed salad.
