Stir-fried spaghetti with mixed vegetables

7pm @ Home
Said I was going to take a nap, but I didn't. Couldn't. Mind was too alert, even though slept at 1am this morning, trying to iron away a mountain of clothes. Went instead to the kitchen and made some juice for Justine and myself. Bryan was not in. Had a banana. Did some writing.
About 6:30pm, prepared dinner. A quick one, didn't want to spend too much time in the kitchen. Went to fridge and took out all the vegetables I could find. Orange carrots, white mushroom, red pepper, yellow pepper, purple cabbage, green romaine lettuce. Chopped enough for the portion of one person. Yup, only one. Justine only takes the mushroom. We've had long debates about eating your greens over the years, and her dad and I have decided to just let it be. Otherwise dinner time can be quite stressful. She agrees though to take green drinks in replacement of her daily vegetable-nutrient deficiency.
Stir-fried the mixed veg together in sesame oil and added a dash of shoyu. Didn't bother with garlic and onions. In another pot, boiled some spaghetti noodles. When the noddles were ready, drained them before adding to the mixed vegs and gave a good toss. That was dinner. For the health conscious umm, volunteer, on Day 5 of Detox Program. :D
