Day 84 ... Pressure Cooker One Pot Meal

 This evening, I am preparing a one pot meal
with the Pressure Cooker. This is a very easy meal to do. Completely free and easy. No hassle.

1. The Ingredients
Chicken, potatoes, carrots, french beans and tomatoes.
Chop the ingredients into bite size.

2. The Brown Rice
Wash the brown rice and add sufficient water.

3. Toss In
Toss in the vegetables. Except for tomatoes.
The french beans too should not have been 
added at this stage, but I kinda forgot. 

 The Condiment
Chop garlic and cili padi.
Add dark and light shoyu, and sesame seed oil.

 Mix well. This chilly hot condiment is ideal if 
You like to pant while having your rice.

 The contents are cooked in about 30 minutes.
Simple, right?

A simple one pot dinner. :D
Completely hassle-free. No frying, so chicken 
and vegetables retain their wholesome flavour.

Today, I had my one shake of The Green Drink in the morning, pan mee for lunch and the above for dinner.

1 shake & 2 meals
