DiSH 208 : SHEPHERD'S PIE
SHePHeRD'S PiE
This evening, I am baking shepherd's pie.
This is a very simple dish to prepare.
Anybody can do it!
Anybody can do it!
I'm gonna be using minced lamb and will be
adding macaroni pasta for a more filling dish.
Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees Celcius or thereabouts.
Ozonize the minced lamb to remove chemical residues.
Here's the newly-ozonized minced meat free of harmful toxins.
1. Boil Pasta.
I'm using about a small cup of macaroni pastas.
2. Boil Potatoes.
Boil potatoes in salted water.
When soft, mash with half a cup of fresh milk.
I am drizzling flax seed oil as an alternative to butter.

Add a small cup of filtered water.
Simmer on medium heat until liquid is reduced.
Add arrowroot powder (1 tbs) mixed with half a small cup of water.
When the contents have thickened, toss in pasta. Mix well.
Add chopped coriander leaves.
Transfer pan contents onto oven dish.
Cover the dish with the mashed potatoes.
Scatter cheese on top.
I should be using grated mozzarella or cheddar,
but I only had sandwich cheese. :D
Pop into the Oven ...
for about 20 minutes or so,
or until the cheese is nicely melted and the potatoes brown just a little.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes and carrot - matchsticks.
Shake black pepper over for a bit of contrast.
A sprig of coriander leaves is always good too. :D
A closer look ...
Bon Appetite !!! :D
Absolutely Kindergarten ... :D
