Claypot Yee Mee Noodles

Dinner tonight was by myself. Bryan's in Miri and Justine is at class. Made tom yum noodles, kinda like instant noodles but healthier, I guess. Stir fried shallots, garlic, ginger and several slices of fish meat (marinated earlier with seasalt, shoyu, pepper, sesame seed oil). Added cabbage and carrots. Poured just enough water to cover noodles. Broke an egg in it when about ready. Soup base : vegan tom yum paste, seasalt, basil leaves, pepper, shoyu. Butterhead lettuce as fresh vegetables and some cut chillies for garnish. A dash of black pepper before serving. Was watching Oprah interviewing catholic nuns and sisters from a nunnery in Detroit on TV while having my instant noodles. :D
To sum up : 2 shakers of The Green Drink and 1 meal. Fruits. No time to make juice today. Plenty of water.
